Thats It For The Year

Well, after the wettest winter in living memory there was some brief hope for those brave enough to tackle the slippery banks and muddy footpaths with all manor of good sized chub, roach and perch caught during the last two days (see the photos section for a picture of a couple of chub caught).  Lets hope for a drier month or two so that the fish can find there way back where they once belonged in time for next season. Likely to be a few working parties down at the river with a few damaged swims to repair but look forward to seeing everyone back for another season. Check back to the website regularly for details of how you might be able to help us out and info on the end of season awards night, not sure how I will share my trophy won in the pairs match as could be expensive to ship out to me in Melbourne!
