Match Report 8/3/20 - Presidents Cup

6 anglers fished the Presidents Cup match on Sunday 8th March from 10am to 3pm. Once again this match was switched onto the carp lake at Berrick Salome as the River Thame was still out of it's banks. Roger Smith set the early pace but his lead was gradually eroded as Julian Rayment started to catch carp from the opposite side of the lake. Julian eventually won the match comfortably with 31lb 11oz of caught fishing the method feeder with a hair rigged "wafter". Roger Smith was second with 20lb 0oz narrowly beating 11 year old Henry Rayment who weighed in with 19lb 0oz.
