Match Report 22/9/19 - Brian Coles Cup

10 anglers fished the Brian Coles Cup match at Cuddesdon on Sunday 22/9/19 from 7.30am to 12.30pm. Heavy showers were forecast & the match draw & last hour of the match took place in heavy rain. The river is very low so the rain was welcome & there's more forecast every day this week. Peg 3 came up trumps again with Charlie Green comfortably winning the match with a mixed bag totalling 3lb 13oz. Back up weights were very close & joint second were Keith Nash on Peg 10 & Roger Smith on Peg 6 both with a weight of 2lb 12oz. Fourth place was Julian Rayment with 2lb 10oz on Peg 27. Several large perch were caught during the match with the biggest weighing 2lb 4oz which Roger Smith took on Peg 6.
