Near perfect conditions greeted the 13 anglers who fished the Hue Williams Cup at Chiselhampton from 3pm - 8pm on Sunday 16/7//17. Eventual winner was Kevin Smith from Peg 10 with 4lb 10oz on the usual summer method of pole fished maggot. Kevin caught dace, perch & chub up to 6oz with dace making over half the weight. Second was Julian Rayment from Peg 19 with 2lb 2oz, third was Dick Martin from Peg 17 with 1lb 13oz narrowly beating Joey Gleed & Dave Wollington into joint fourth place with 1lb 12oz from Pegs 18 & 4 respectively.
