Drayton Bridge match 16th July 2023

A good day on the river with 14 members supporting the club match. Excellent turnout. The river was a little bit above normal level at 1.1 mtrs but still produced some fish. Of note was a 1.5 lb perch, small trout and 2 pegs produced 3 young Barbel around a pound which appear to be growing well after the introduction a few years ago. Good to see them along the length of this stretch.
