Pike Match Results

Well, has gone from one extreme to the other with several weeks of very low, clear water to an extra 8 feet of muddy water this week - came up a good 18inches during the match also - probably in the field by now! Despite lots of small pike being caught this season the water conditions put paid to any hopes of grabbing one this week so we will wait and see what the new year brings. With the forecast for the weather looking as it currently does I imagine the back up lake maybe called upon in the coming weeks!
