11 anglers fished the Cuddesdon Cup match at Cuddesdon from 11am to 4pm on Sunday 21/9/18. Weather conditions were good though some pegs were affected by bright sunshine which burnt through the mist later in the match. The top three anglers all had problems with pike in their swims but eventual winner Bryan Butler made the long walk up to end Peg 28 worthwhile with 3lb 14oz which included a bonus chub of just under 2lb. Second place went to Bryan "Otter" Ball on Peg 10 with 2lb 13oz who's swim started the match fishing well but the fish disappeared after pike moved in. Kevin Smith on Peg 21 came third with 1lb 14oz and had similar pike problems. Joey Gleed on Peg 12 came fourth with 1lb 11oz.
