Match Blog - Ken Cook Cup 4/2/18

8 anglers fished the Ken Cook Cup at Chiselhampton from 9am to 2pm. Conditions on the day were good with the river carrying extra water but still surprisingly clear. Strangely the chub fed but they weren't the "proper" size of over 3lb, all the chub caught were in the region of 1lb to 2lb which is unusual. Eventual winner was Kevin Smith on Peg 9 with a chub of 1lb 15oz, second was Richard Cantwell with a chub of 1lb 4oz and third was Keith Nash with a chub of 1lb.
