Electro Netting Initial Report

During the week just gone the electro netting team made their annual appearance at Chiselhampton just downstream from the bridge. The club is awaiting full details and the final report but infomation from club members in attendance was that the team were severely hampered by the poor water coloring at present making it hard to record all stunned fish as well as some technical issues with their equipment so results are very hard to judge. Twelve 2lb+ chub were caught, along with a large qty of dace, good mix of other small species and to everyones surprise only one roach (am sure we caught more roach than that just there in the last match)!

We will publish the full report however as soon as we recieve. Is a shame they can't stun the crayfish!
